方式一：在 App 内删除（推荐）
- 打开 AI小律 并登录，打开左上角「设置」，滑到底部点「账号与资料」，在「注销账号」一节操作。
- 验证身份：手机号账号输入短信验证码；Google 账号重新验证该 Google 账号。
- 选择 7 天后自动删除（期间可撤销），或立即删除（不可撤销）。
方式二：发送邮件申请（无需安装 App）
请用注册时使用的邮箱发送邮件至 [email protected]， 主题写「申请删除 AI小律 账号」，并提供登录方式（Google 邮箱或手机号）。 为防止他人冒用，我们可能需要进一步核实身份。我们将在 15 个工作日内完成处理并回复。
会被删除的数据
- 账号资料与第三方登录绑定信息；
- 出生资料与档案；
- AI 问答记录、记事与生成内容。
会保留的数据与期限
- 防止重复注册滥用：手机号的加密标识保留 180 天；
- 法律法规要求留存的最小记录（如交易、安全与内容举报记录）按规定期限保存；
- 无法识别个人身份的聚合统计数据。
上述保留数据到期清理，不用于营销。详情见 《隐私政策》。

To delete your AI小律 account and data, open the app and go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap 账号与资料 (Account), then use the 注销账号 (Delete account) section, or email [email protected] from your sign-in email with the subject "Delete my AI小律 account". We respond within 15 working days. Profile, birth data, AI conversations and notes are deleted. An encrypted phone identifier is kept for 180 days to prevent abuse, and minimum records required by law are kept for the legally required period.
